Chia Pudding
Ingredients
2tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Milk of choice
Topping Ideas
Handful berries
Chopped banana
Mango, Kiwi, Passionfruit
Greek/Coconut Yoghurt
Cinnamon
Method
Place chia seeds and milk in a jar or container and mix.
Let it sit for 5 minutes then give it another stir.
If using cacao or cinnamon mix through now.
Add toppings of choice.
Pop in the fridge overnight.
Favourite Topping combinations
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries with a tablespoon of nut butter
1x Kiwi fruit with a tablespoon of almond butter
1/2 chopped banana, 1 tsp cacao topped with greek yoghurt
