Chicken Skewers
Ingredients
600g Chicken Breast
2 Capsicums
2 Red Onions
2/3 cup Tamari
2 tbsp Honey
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Chilli, minced
Method
Chop chicken, capsicum, and red onion into small cubes.
Slide onto skewers (I suggest metal ones).
In a bowl, combine tamari, honey, garlic, and chilli.
Place skewers in a large baking dish.
Pour over the sauce and let marinate in the fridge (the longer you leave it, the more flavour they will have).
Cook on the BBQ for approximately 10 minutes, rotating until the meat is cooked through. Otherwise, you can pan-fry or bake in the oven. Check the chicken is cooked by cutting it with a knife. It should be white, and the juices should be clear.
Enjoy with something such as a green salad, steamed veggies, potato salad, rice, or quinoa.
