Choc Granola
Ingredients
2x cups Oats
1/4 cup Pepitas
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Flax Seeds
1/4 cup Buckwheat kernels
2 tbsp Cacao
2 tbsp Almond Butter
3/4 cup Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Method
Preheat oven to 160 degrees
Roughly chop almond and pepitas
Add oats, pepitas, chia, almonds, flaxseeds, buckwheat, cacao into a bowl and mix together
In a small saucepan melt almond butter, maple syrup and olive oil
Pour onto a lined baking tray and place in the oven
Cook for 20-30 minutes until browned
Let cool
Crumble into a jar and store in the cupboard
