Choc Protein Balls
Ingredients
x8 Medjool Dates
1 cup Almonds
1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Protein Powder
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
Hemp seeds to roll in
Method
Soak dates in hot water for 15 minutes
Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender
Roll into small balls (approx 16)
Cover in hemp seeds
Place in the fridge to set
