Honey Granola

Ingredients

  • 4x cups Oats

  • 1 cup Almonds

  • 2 tbsp Pepitas

  • 2 tbsp Flaxseeds

  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds

  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil

  • 3/4 cup Honey

  • 2 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees

  2. Blend 1 cup of oats until it becomes powder (optional)

  3. Chop almonds and pepitas roughly

  4. Add rolled oats, blended oats, flax, chia, cinnamon and salt to a large bowl and mix to combine

  5. Pour over honey and olive oil and mix until the dry ingredients are covered

  6. Scatter over two lined trays and bake for 30 minutes or until golden
