Immune Boosting Gummies
Ingredients
250ml fresh orange juice
Juice of 1 lemon
1 thumb-sized piece of grated ginger
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup gelatin (I use @nutraorganics)
Optional: Scoop of vitamin C powder
Method
. Grate the ginger.
In a small pot, mix orange juice, lemon, honey, and grated ginger. Heat until it simmers.
While it heats, bloom gelatin by mixing it in 1/2 cup of water or as per package instructions.
Add gelatin to the pot and stir well.
Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
