Raw Caramel Slice
Ingredients
Base
1 1/2 cups Almond Meal
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Caramel Layer
1 1/2 cups Medjool Dates
3 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
1/2 cup Almond butter
Pinch of Salt
Top
100g 70% Dark Chocolate
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a brownie tin with baking paper.
Combine base ingredients together in a food processor.
Press firmly into tray.
Bake for 10-15mins until golden.
Place caramel layer ingredients into a blender until combined.
Spread over the base evenly the place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Melt coconut oil and chocolate in a sauce pan then
Drizzle over the top.
Place in the fridge until set.
