Skin Loving Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Scoop of protein

  • Scoop of Collagen

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Enjoy
