
Apple Crumble (GF & DF)

Ingredients
- 6x Apples
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3/4 cup Almond Meal
- 1/4 cup Flaked Almonds
- 1/4 cup Macadamias
- 4 tbsp Dairy free Butter (@thevegandairy ) If not dairy free use regular butter
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Rapadura sugar
- Coconut yoghurt to serve
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Peel the apples and chop them into small cubes
- Heat a saucepan to medium heat.
- Add apples, lemon, honey and cinnamon and cook for 5 minutes until softened. Place to the side.
- In a bowl combine almond meal, almonds, chopped macadmias, cinnamon, sugar and melted butter.
- In a small oven proof dish pour apple mixture in and top evenly with the crumble.
- Place in the oven for approx. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
