Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Milk of choice
Topping Ideas
- Handful berries
- Chopped banana
- Mango, Kiwi, Passionfruit
- Greek/Coconut Yoghurt
- Cinnamon
Method
- Place chia seeds and milk in a jar or container and mix.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes then give it another stir.
- If using cacao or cinnamon mix through now.
- Add toppings of choice.
- Pop in the fridge overnight.
Favourite Topping combinations
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries with a tablespoon of nut butter
- 1x Kiwi fruit with a tablespoon of almond butter
- 1/2 chopped banana, 1 tsp cacao topped with greek yoghurt
