Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Milk of choice

 

Topping Ideas

  • Handful berries
  • Chopped banana
  • Mango, Kiwi, Passionfruit
  • Greek/Coconut Yoghurt
  • Cinnamon

 

Method

  1. Place chia seeds and milk in a jar or container and mix.
  2. Let it sit for 5 minutes then give it another stir.
  3. If using cacao or cinnamon mix through now.
  4. Add toppings of choice.
  5. Pop in the fridge overnight.

 

Favourite Topping combinations

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries with a tablespoon of nut butter
  • 1x Kiwi fruit with a tablespoon of almond butter
  • 1/2 chopped banana, 1 tsp cacao topped with greek yoghurt
