
Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- 600g Chicken Breast
- 2 Capsicums
- 2 Red Onions
- 2/3 cup Tamari
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Chilli, minced
Method
- Chop chicken, capsicum, and red onion into small cubes.
- Slide onto skewers (I suggest metal ones).
- In a bowl, combine tamari, honey, garlic, and chilli.
- Place skewers in a large baking dish.
- Pour over the sauce and let marinate in the fridge (the longer you leave it, the more flavour they will have).
- Cook on the BBQ for approximately 10 minutes, rotating until the meat is cooked through. Otherwise, you can pan-fry or bake in the oven. Check the chicken is cooked by cutting it with a knife. It should be white, and the juices should be clear.
- Enjoy with something such as a green salad, steamed veggies, potato salad, rice, or quinoa.
