Choc Granola

Ingredients

  • 2x cups Oats
  • 1/4 cup Pepitas
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Flax Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Buckwheat kernels
  • 2 tbsp Cacao
  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 3/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil

 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees
  2. Roughly chop almond and pepitas
  3. Add oats, pepitas, chia, almonds, flaxseeds, buckwheat, cacao into a bowl and mix together
  4. In a small saucepan melt almond butter, maple syrup and olive oil
  5. Pour onto a lined baking tray and place in the oven
  6. Cook for 20-30 minutes until browned
  7. Let cool
  8. Crumble into a jar and store in the cupboard
