
Choc Granola

Ingredients
- 2x cups Oats
- 1/4 cup Pepitas
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup Flax Seeds
- 1/4 cup Buckwheat kernels
- 2 tbsp Cacao
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter
- 3/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees
- Roughly chop almond and pepitas
- Add oats, pepitas, chia, almonds, flaxseeds, buckwheat, cacao into a bowl and mix together
- In a small saucepan melt almond butter, maple syrup and olive oil
- Pour onto a lined baking tray and place in the oven
- Cook for 20-30 minutes until browned
- Let cool
- Crumble into a jar and store in the cupboard
