Choc Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • x8 Medjool Dates
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • Hemp seeds to roll in

 

Method

  1. Soak dates in hot water for 15 minutes
  2. Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender
  3. Roll into small balls (approx 16)
  4. Cover in hemp seeds
  5. Place in the fridge to set
