
Flax Crackers

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup Pepitas
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Filtered Water
Method
- Pulse all dry ingredients in a blender until chopped
- Transfer to a bowl, add water and stir
- Let it sit for 1 hr
- Roll out on a tray between two sheets of baking paper
- Place in a 160 degree oven for 1 to 1.5 hours until it is crispy and cracks apart
- Break into pieces and store in an air tight container
It’s what’s on the inside that counts
They are super easy to make and are high in fiber and have anti-inflammatory properties. Unlike supermarket crackers, these do not contain highly processed ingredients, additives, or seed oils. They are also plastic free looking after yourself and the planet!
