
Honey Granola

Ingredients
- 4x cups Oats
- 1 cup Almonds
- 2 tbsp Pepitas
- 2 tbsp Flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3/4 cup Olive Oil
- 3/4 cup Honey
- 2 tsp Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees
- Blend 1 cup of oats until it becomes powder (optional)
- Chop almonds and pepitas roughly
- Add rolled oats, blended oats, flax, chia, cinnamon and salt to a large bowl and mix to combine
- Pour over honey and olive oil and mix until the dry ingredients are covered
- Scatter over two lined trays and bake for 30 minutes or until golden
