Immune Boosting Gummies

Ingredients

  • 250ml fresh orange juice
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup gelatin (I use @nutraorganics)
  • Optional: Scoop of vitamin C powder

Method

  1. Grate the ginger.
  2. In a small pot, mix orange juice, lemon, honey, and grated ginger. Heat until it simmers.
  3. While it heats, bloom gelatin by mixing it in 1/2 cup of water or as per package instructions.
  4. Add gelatin to the pot and stir well.
  5. Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray.
  6. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
