
Immune Boosting Gummies

Ingredients
- 250ml fresh orange juice
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 thumb-sized piece of grated ginger
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup gelatin (I use @nutraorganics)
- Optional: Scoop of vitamin C powder
Method
- Grate the ginger.
- In a small pot, mix orange juice, lemon, honey, and grated ginger. Heat until it simmers.
- While it heats, bloom gelatin by mixing it in 1/2 cup of water or as per package instructions.
- Add gelatin to the pot and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
