
Raw Caramel Slice

Ingredients
Base
- 1 1/2 cups Almond Meal
- 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
- 4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Caramel Layer
- 1 1/2 cups Medjool Dates
- 3 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
- 1/2 cup Almond butter
- Pinch of Salt
Top
- 100g 70% Dark Chocolate
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a brownie tin with baking paper.
- Combine base ingredients together in a food processor.
- Press firmly into tray.
- Bake for 10-15mins until golden.
- Place caramel layer ingredients into a blender until combined.
- Spread over the base evenly the place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Melt coconut oil and chocolate in a sauce pan then
- Drizzle over the top.
- Place in the fridge until set.
