
Seedy Choc Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Pepitas
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 3 tbsp Almond Butter
- 100g (Block) 70% Dark Chocolate (optional)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Chop pepitas, almonds, and sunflower seeds into small chunks.
- Add them to a large bowl with the oats, chia seeds, and salt.
- In a small saucepan, heat almond butter and honey on low until they are combined.
- Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
- Line a brownie tin with baking paper.
- Pour the mixture into the tin and press down very firmly.
- Place it in the oven for around 15 minutes, until the top is browned.
- Let the slice cool completely.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a small bowl over a saucepan of water (or microwave if you’re rushed for time).
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the bars and let it set.
